欢迎使用“课记”。在使用本应用前，请仔细阅读本协议。你使用本应用即表示你理解并同意本协议。
1. 服务内容
本应用提供面向学习场景的资料管理、视频学习笔记生成、PDF 笔记导入、手写批注、问答解释、知识关联、“第二大脑”笔记问答、“每日一测”自测题、“拍照找笔记 / 拍照解题”、音频笔记录制和百度网盘授权导入等功能。功能可能随版本更新而增减。
AI 相关能力依赖我们运营的解析后端和第三方模型服务。当前服务由我们统一配置模型接口，相关处理成本通过应用内积分结算。AI 输出仅作为学习辅助，不构成考试、职业、法律、医疗、金融等专业建议。
2. 用户资料与授权
你承诺：
- 仅导入你本人拥有、已购买、已获授权或依法可以处理的视频、PDF、讲义和网盘文件。
- 不上传侵犯他人版权、隐私权、商业秘密或其它合法权益的资料。
- 不使用本应用批量抓取、传播、破解、转存或分发第三方课程和受保护内容。
- 不绕过百度网盘、模型服务或其它第三方平台的授权、访问控制和使用限制。
- 不尝试获取、泄露或绕过平台托管模型服务的访问凭据、计费和安全限制。
由于你上传、导入或处理无权内容而产生的责任，由你自行承担。
3. AI 生成内容
AI 生成的笔记、解释、思维导图、知识关联和摘要可能存在遗漏、错误或不准确。你应结合原始资料自行核对关键结论。
本应用会努力保留视频重点内容、题目、讲解过程、公式、例子和画面信息，但不保证 AI 输出完整覆盖所有内容，也不保证适用于所有课程类型。
4. 百度网盘功能
- 你需要通过百度网盘开放平台授权。
- 应用只处理你主动选择的网盘文件。
- 解析时，后端会临时下载你主动选择的网盘文件用于转写、画面识别和笔记生成，处理完成或失败后删除临时目录。
- 不支持解析分享链接、第三方公开链接或你无权访问的文件。
- 你应遵守百度网盘相关服务协议和开放平台规则。
5. 后端与第三方服务
正式服务使用 HTTPS、Apple 登录和账号 JWT，并由我们统一配置模型服务。后端访问令牌和用户自建后端仅用于内部开发测试，不是正式用户的使用前提。
当前模型服务由阿里云百炼 DashScope 提供。由于第三方服务不可用、限流、输出错误或数据处理导致的问题，本应用在法律允许范围内不承担超出服务本身的责任。
6. 积分与付费
- 本应用通过 Apple App Store 提供消耗型积分包，不提供自动续期订阅。商品价格、扣费、订单与退款均由 Apple 处理，本应用不接触你的银行卡或支付账户信息。
- 积分用于视频解析、PDF 处理、拍照问答及页面标明的其它功能，具体消耗以操作前展示的规则为准。平台托管模型的调用成本包含在积分消耗中，用户无需另行向模型服务商付费。
- 积分到账后保存在购买时绑定的应用账号中，不可提现、不可转让，也不能跨账号使用。供受邀测试用户使用的赠送积分和兑换码同样仅限本人账号使用。
- 应用内的“重试未到账订单”仅用于重试已支付但尚未成功到账的交易。已经到账的消耗型积分不属于可恢复权益；注销账号会永久清零未使用积分并删除与账号关联的完整兑换记录，但会保留不含账号、商品和金额的交易号单向摘要以防重复兑换，积分之后无法通过 App Store 恢复。
- 退款依据 Apple 的政策处理，请通过 Apple 申请。对异常交易、重复入账、跨账号使用或作弊行为，我们保留暂停发放或核减额度的权利。
7. 禁止行为
- 使用本应用处理违法、侵权、恶意或未经授权的内容。
- 逆向、攻击、压测、滥用解析后端或模型接口。
- 分享、泄露或盗用后端访问令牌、账号 JWT、平台服务密钥、百度 token。
- 将 AI 输出作为唯一依据进行高风险决策。
- 干扰本应用正常运行或其他用户正常使用。
8. 数据与删除
你的本地资料、笔记和批注主要保存在设备本地。你可以在应用内删除相关内容，或通过系统卸载应用。
使用 Apple 登录后，后端会按 userId 管理积分余额、内购兑换记录、任务状态和模型配置。你可以在设置中使用“注销账号并删除数据”，该操作会请求后端删除账号记录、模型配置、积分余额、完整兑换记录和任务记录，并清空本机资料库、笔记、PDF、视频、百度授权和登录状态。为防止同一购买凭证在重注册后再次兑换，注销后仅保留交易号的带密钥单向摘要和时间，不保留账号、商品、金额、Apple ID 或 appAccountToken。未使用积分会永久清零，无法恢复。数据处理详见《隐私政策》。
9. 服务变更与中止
我们可能根据产品迭代、第三方接口变化、合规要求或安全原因调整、暂停或终止部分功能。例如公开链接解析、第三方平台下载、未授权资料处理等功能可能被限制或移除。
10. 免责声明
在法律允许范围内，本应用按“现状”和“可用”提供。对于因网络、模型服务、第三方平台、设备系统、用户配置或用户上传内容导致的中断、错误、延迟、数据丢失或输出不准确，我们不承担超出法律规定范围的责任。
11. 协议更新
我们可能更新本协议。重大变更会通过应用内提示、发布页面或其它合理方式通知。

Terms of Use
This English version is provided for users outside mainland China and reflects the Chinese Terms above. If the two versions differ, the Chinese version prevails, without affecting any mandatory rights you have under the law of your place of residence. By using CourseNote you agree to these Terms. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies; where these Terms conflict with it regarding Apple's rights, Apple's EULA prevails.
1. The service
CourseNote provides study-material management, AI-generated notes from lecture videos, PDF import, handwritten annotation, Q&A explanations, knowledge links, "Second Brain" note Q&A, daily self-tests, "Photo Search / Solve", audio notes and optional Baidu Netdisk import. Features may change between versions.
The app interface and generated notes are in Simplified Chinese. AI features depend on our backend and a third-party model provider, and processing speed depends on your network connection to our servers in mainland China. AI output is a study aid only and is not professional advice (exam, career, legal, medical, financial or otherwise).
2. Your content and permissions
You agree to:
- import only videos, PDFs, notes and files that you own, have purchased, are licensed to use, or are otherwise legally permitted to process;
- not upload content that infringes copyright, privacy, trade secrets or other rights;
- not use the app to scrape, distribute, crack or redistribute third-party courses or protected content;
- not circumvent the authorization, access controls or usage limits of Baidu Netdisk, our AI provider or any other platform;
- not attempt to obtain, leak or bypass our service credentials, billing or security controls.
You are responsible for content you import. You keep all rights to your content; you grant us only the limited right to process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. AI-generated content
AI-generated notes, explanations, outlines, knowledge links and summaries may be incomplete, inaccurate or wrong. Check important conclusions against the original material. We do not guarantee that output covers all content or suits every type of course.
4. Baidu Netdisk (optional)
Using Baidu Netdisk requires authorization through the Baidu Netdisk Open Platform. Only files you select are processed. Share links, public third-party links and files you are not authorized to access are not supported. You must comply with Baidu's terms and platform rules.
5. Credits and payment
- Credits are sold as consumable in-app purchases through Apple's App Store. There are no auto-renewing subscriptions. Prices, charges, orders and refunds are handled by Apple; we never see your payment details. Local prices are set by Apple for each storefront and include applicable taxes.
- Credits are used for video processing, PDF processing, photo Q&A and other features as shown in the app. The estimated cost is shown before processing starts; if processing fails, the credits are refunded.
- Credits belong to the account they were redeemed to. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and cannot be used across accounts. Gifted credits and promo codes are limited to the recipient's account.
- "Retry pending purchases" is for purchases that were paid but not yet credited. Credits already received are not restorable. Deleting your account permanently removes unused credits.
- Refunds follow Apple's policies; request them from Apple. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you have under consumer protection law in your country. We may suspend or reverse credits involved in fraudulent transactions, duplicate crediting, cross-account use or abuse.
6. Prohibited conduct
You must not: process illegal, infringing, malicious or unauthorized content; reverse engineer, attack, load-test or abuse our backend or model interfaces; share or misuse session tokens, service keys or Baidu tokens; rely on AI output as the sole basis for high-risk decisions; or interfere with the app or other users.
7. Data and deletion
Your library, notes and annotations are mainly stored on your device. Our servers keep your account, credit balance, purchase records and job status. You can delete everything with Settings → Delete Account and Data. See the Privacy Policy (https://coursenote.cn/privacy#en) for details, including the fact that our servers are located in mainland China.
8. Changes and termination
We may change, suspend or discontinue features for product, third-party, legal or security reasons. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available". We are not liable for interruptions, errors, delays, data loss or inaccurate output caused by networks, model providers, third-party platforms, device systems or user content, beyond what the law requires. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page.
